Is dinner provided during my stay?
We are proud to offer culinary classes on select evenings throughout the year. If this is something that you are interested in, we encourage you to look at our available classes and make a reservation online.
How do I make a reservation for culinary classes?
The easiest way to make a reservation is directly online at https://www.exploretock.com/inn-at-little-pond-farm-vilas. You can also call us at 828.297.1011 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about reservations. Make sure to check out the online menu before selecting a night!
Is breakfast provided during my stay?
Room rates include a delightful homemade breakfast, including coffee and juice. Please make sure to let us know of any dietary restrictions ahead of time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our small Inn is greatly affected by cancellations. Reservations require a 50% deposit; cancellations must be made 14 days in advance for a refund of your deposit. Any and all cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee (per room).
Any cancellations within those two weeks will not be refunded unless we can rent the room to another guest. Departures that are earlier than scheduled will be handled as cancellations and the same policy applies.
Any requests to change the date of your reservation (less than two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date) is also considered a cancellation request because we are potentially losing the ability to re-book that room and all policies will apply.
Group and full house reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance of the stay of a group or full house reservation is due 60 days prior to your stay after which there is no refund.

Yes, our inn and all guest rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi.
Can I book the entire Inn?

Is the Inn available for weddings and events?

Do you allow young children at The Inn?
While we love children, we are not equipped to accommodate young children under the age of 12 unless your party is renting the entire inn.
What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?
In order to give rooms the proper attention required for the next guest, check out time is at 11am.
After 11:00 AM, late fees ranging from $50-$150 could be charged at the management’s discretion (based on our reservations and the amount of extra time you stay).
Check in time is 3-5pm. Early and late check-ins MUST be arranged prior to your reservation!
If you arrive early without prior approval, we cannot guarantee your room will be available.
